Angela and Connor’s story begins in 2015. Well, technically 2014 if you count the year they spent avoiding each other because a mutual friend (Charis Buff) said they’re both “weird” and would get along. Naturally, neither of them listened to her.

When they finally met in 2015, they instantly clicked and became the kind of friends that would journey across LA to go to Tenants of the Trees, 800 Agatha (where their first kiss happened) or the Bungalow in Santa Monica. They were still "just friends" at the time, but at some point Angela realized she actually liked crossing the 405 because that meant she would get to hang out with Connor on the west side.

By 2019, the stars finally aligned, and they started dating. Over the next six years, they built a life filled with erupting volcanoes, adventurous vacations, sunny beach days, snowboarding down slopes, long road trips, driving fun cars, carefully curated playlists, unintentionally matching outfits and endless car or house projects.

In June 2025, Connor proposed in one of their favorite places, Kauai, and Angela said yes. Proving that yes, they’re both weird, and yes, it somehow works perfectly.
